The service

Salomat connects you with verified salons whose professionals deliver beauty services at your home. The salon performs the service; Salomat handles booking, payment, and support.

Bookings & pricing

Prices shown at checkout are final and include the professional's travel to your address. Payment is collected online at the time of booking. Tips are optional and go entirely to the professional who served you.

Cancellations

You can cancel from My Bookings. Cancellations well before the appointment are refunded in full; late cancellations may incur a fee, shown before you confirm.

Your responsibilities

Provide an accurate service address, a safe and reasonably private space for the service, and be available at the booked time. Professionals may decline to proceed in unsafe conditions without refund.

Liability & disputes

Salons on the platform are independent businesses. If something goes wrong with a service, contact us at hello@salamath.co within 48 hours and we will mediate. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
