When you create an account or book a service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the service address you provide. We also keep a record of your bookings, payments, and ratings so we can operate the service.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm bookings, assign a professional, process payments, and send booking updates on WhatsApp and SMS. Your phone number is never shared with salon staff; all communication runs through the platform's own number.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.

Sharing

We share only what a salon needs to deliver your booking: your first name, the service address, and the booked service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention & your rights

Booking records are retained as required by Indian law. You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time by writing to hello@salamath.co.
